Foraminifer in polarized light

Expertise: micropaleontology, biostratigraphy

Advised by Drs. Merlynd and Galina Nestell at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Projects:

Currently working on Middle Silurian (Ludlow, Pridoli) - Early Devonian (Lochkovian) biostratigraphy and taxonomy of agglutinated foraminifera from South-Central Oklahoma.

Continuing experiments in mounting microfossils and imaging in transmitted and reflected light.
